Associate Kofax Consultant
Job Description
The Associate Infocap Consultant will work with public sector clients to solve business critical problems using Kofax software solutions. The consultant will drive the successful implementation and support of these solutions through the design, configuration, deployment, and support of the Kofax Smart Process Applications (SPA) product suite.
Consultants must have strong intellectual skills, good communication and public speaking skills, and be willing to support varied duties. Infocap is looking for an enthusiastic, eager to learn, and self-managed individual to provide solutions and support to our public-sector customers. Consultants must be willing to travel as needed.
Required Skills
- College education with a BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience in Information Technology leveraging the below skills.
- Proficiency with .NET framework using ASP.net, C#, VB.net, ADO, VBScript, and XML
- Familiarity with development tools, including Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server.
- Working knowledge of relational databases, Windows operating systems and networking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills along with strong self-organizational abilities. The ideal candidate is motivated, analytical, possesses excellent troubleshooting skills, and willing to follow instructions from senior consultants.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Ability to understand hardware, software, and network functional designs and business technical project requirements.
- Desirable: Experience with Business Process Modeling software, OCR technologies, Robotic Process Automation technologies, Analytics, Kofax products, Oracle and MSSQL Databases, Database Development, Java, and IT Help-Desk Support.
- Travel not expected to exceed 50%.

Job Description
The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for retaining and growing existing business, while pursuing additional profitable growth opportunities nationwide. He or she will plan & implement sales and business development programs which result in growth for Infocap. This role requires a strong drive for results, exceptional creativity skills and superior planning and execution of strategy and ability to adapt and thrive in a highly driven and fast paced creative culture.
Specific duties include:
- Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve company objectives.
- Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
- Plans and oversees promotional activities including company website, social media, and direct calling.
- Develops and recommends product positioning, pricing, and services strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
- Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
- Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
- Exceeds company sales and profitability quotas and goals.
- Represents company at trade association meetings to promote solutions and services.
- Meets with key clients maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Assists other departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.
- Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree; MBA highly preferred.
- 10+ years of business related sales, post-sales delivery and support experience, especially direct sales.
- In depth technical sales experience with Robotic Process Automation and Business Process Automation technologies
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills a must.
- 8+ years of people management experience with hands on and strategic management of objectives. Demonstrated ability to build a strong, talented team.
- Demonstrated experience working with company end customers, distributors, and reseller partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills along with strong self-organizational abilities. The ideal candidate is motivated, analytical, possesses excellent troubleshooting skills, and willing to follow instructions from company leadership.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel at least 35% of the time.
