InfoCap Networks has entered into a joint-agreement with Kofax, Inc. to provide Software, Maintenance and/or Technical Support (Training, Installation, SaaS and Implementation Services) to the State of California and participating local agencies. The State of California Software License Program and Contract is available for use by State of California departments and any city, county, special district, educational agency, local government body or corporation empowered to expend public funds.
The Software Licensing Program (SLP) was established in January 1994 and is administered by the Department of General Services, Procurement Division. Extensive software discounts are negotiated with major software publishers that are then passed on to the State, through the SLP contracts established with authorized participating resellers.
