Infocap IAAI IDIQ Contract Award Announcement

Infocap was awarded a 5-year prime contract from U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) on May 20, 2019.

The Intelligent Automation/Artificial Intelligence (IAAI) contract is a multiple award IDIQ, which enables the DHHS Program Support Center (PSC) Contracting Officers to order for HHS on behalf of other agencies IAAI related solutions, services and products. The IAAI contract states that, “PSC is looking to transform the public sector by automating tasks and adopting innovative solutions utilizing advanced technologies enabling the government to shift from “Low Value” to “High Value” tasks.”

Federal agencies received a directive to shift from low value to high value work in the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Memorandum M-18-23, Shifting From Low-Value to High-Value Work. The introduction and use of new technologies, such as robotic process automation (RPA), to reduce repetitive administrative tasks was highlighted in the M-18-23 memorandum.

The Infocap executive team stated, “Infocap is excited and looking forward to supporting Federal agencies in their assessment and adoption IAAI solutions. Our working knowledge of public sector processes and close monitoring of technology innovations within the IAAI marketplace has allowed Infocap to deliver ever increasing levels of automation to our customers. We believe the DHHS contract award validates Infocap’s long standing belief that RPA will revolutionize the way organizations re-engineer and track repetitive work processes.”
